Dr. Kwabena Donkor is a distinguished figure in the field of energy and politics, known for his significant contributions to Ghana's energy sector and public service. He is a former Minister of Power and has been the Member of Parliament for the Pru East constituency since 2012. Dr. Donkor holds various leadership in Ghana's parliament, including Ranking Member of the Employment, Social Welfare and State Enterprises Committee, as well as membership in the Standing Orders Committee and the Mines and Energy Committee. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master's degree from the University of Bristol, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Lancaster University. He served as a Deputy Minister of Energy from 2009 to 2011. He played an instrumental role in the establishment of the Petroleum Commission in Ghana and served as its first Chief Executive Officer.
